PLAN CONCEPT
The existing bathroom is in an existing mid-century one-bedroom condo. While the other spaces have been upgraded and renovated over the years, the owners have not updated the bathroom. As space is highly limited - the first priority was create a plan that maximize storage and utility in such a small bathroom (53sf). The owners were interested in having storage to hide away all their personal items.
INTERIOR DESIGN
In such a small space, the project focuses on a minimalist palette of light colors - off-white paint, light tile walls, and dolomite silver moon stone accent vanity top, wainscot, shower niche, and shower floor. A reeded glass shower enclosure and wall provides texture while limited walnut finish wood accents and specialty brushed bronze fixtures provide warmth.
